Some people are “in touch” with alleged drug dealer Kerwin Espinosa as he awaits his return to the Philippines from Abu Dhabi, Sen. Panfilo Lacson said Thursday.
Lacson, citing initial information reaching him, said this is why Kerwin “must live to tell his story,” unlike his father, Albuera town mayor Rolando Espinosa.
“I’m telling you, there are people who are currently in touch with him as he awaits his repatriation back to the Philippines. These are individuals to whom he has already validated several names in his blue book,” he said in his preliminary statement at the Senate probe into the death of the elder Espinosa.
He said the list “includes recipients of campaign contributions in the recent 2016 national and local elections.” [source]
