Authorities seize bombs meant for Duterte visit to Cotabato
COTABATO CITY, Philippines - The administration thwarted an endeavor by Islamic aggressors to explode bombs while President Rodrigo Duterte was in the city on Saturday, sources said.
The bombs, which individuals from the Dawla Islamiya Fi Cotabato were to independently explode close to the compound of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) were comprised of a 81-mm mortar round and a 105 howitzer gun shell fixed with impacting components appended to cell phones.
