BREAKING: 4 more suspects in Davao bombing arrested in Cotabato City
Joint military and police agents today captured four more suspects in the September 2, 2016 Davao City bombing that killed 15 individuals and injured 70 others.
Armed force representative Colonel Benjamin Hao said the captures occurred in two spots: at the Southern Philippine Development Authority (SPDA) Compound in Barangay Tamontaka, and along Ilang-Ilang Street, Barangay Rosary Heights 7, both in Cotabato City.
The four suspects, who are purportedly individuals from the Dawla Islamiya Fi Cotabato-Maute Group, were recognized as Mohammad Lalaog Chenikandiyil moniker Datu Boi, Jackson Mangulamas Usi false name Abu Mansor/Jam, Zack Villanueva Lopez nom de plume Haron, and Ansan Abdulla Mamasapano nom de plume Abu Hamsa.
Hao said the captures were made by excellence of a court order for infringement of Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition issued by Executive Judge Banzawan Ibrahim of Branch 13 of the twelfth Judicial Region Cotabato Regional Trial Court.
The areas of the gathering's safehouses were recognized through data transferred by an activity specialist.
